This Gorgeous Bass made by Randy at RAAPT Instruments was built for Brett Carruthers of The Birthday Massacre & A Primitive Evolution. Equipped with Custom MJS EB-Style Pickups with correct 52.5mm Neck and 55.8mm Bridge Spacing. They are made in the traditional Gibson Style with side mounted coils but larger polepieces and a lower output than the old Mudbuckers.

Don’t let the Humbucker Sizing fool you – Lyric’s Ernie Ball Sterling Albert Lee is ALL TELE – ALL THE TIME! We wound the pickups to Tele specs and Retrofitted custom bobbins to mount into the existing cavity. We’ve got that old Tele twangy without doing any routing (250K Pots were added).
