“Earlier this year, I started researching replacement Wide Range HBs for my early 2000s 72’ Telecaster Deluxe reissue.  I wanted something that would give me better clarity and articulation that was locally made.  Mike was a huge help in taking the time to provide a wealth of information about the design of the original Wide Range pickups and how he designed his own modern version using materials sourced within Ontario.  Mike provided recommendations about output based on my musical preferences.  The end result was nothing short of perfect. These pickups have a balanced output with the clarity I was looking for without relying on the aid of a boost pedal.  They were also made in Mississauga, just like me.  Thanks Mike for your time and guidance in helping me get the tone I was looking for!”
