In my opinion, in order to get a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of a guitar, one must have a number of years building and repairing them.  I’ve specialized in vintage guitar repairs, restorations, upgrades and super kool modifications for over 25 years and still enjoy a really good challenge.

As our Primary focus is fulfilling our Pickup Orders, space for Repairs are limited. However, when time permits we make room for MJS Pickup Installations, Wiring Mods, Set-ups and other Non-Structural Repairs.

All repairs are arranged after consulting with you over the phone to ensure we can meet your needs and expectations. In-person consult is by Appointment Only – Free estimates are provided first.

If you’re finding issues with playability, and/or overall sound, you should always get those things checked out by your Local Repair Establishment – Many times, a good “Tune-Up” by doing a Complete Set-up will solve many issues (especially when related to seasonal/weather changes).
